Terms and Conditions *	I accept the terms and conditions.INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT 1. Indemnification. In consideration for receiving permission to use 315 5th St, Syracuse, NE 68446 for overnight retreat, Building User agrees to indemnify Bloom Haven, LLC, its agents, employees, directors, members, volunteers, and officers from any claims, injuries, losses, liabilities, suits, actions, damages, costs, and attorney fees that arise out of or relate to Building User’s negligent, reckless, or intentionally tortious acts or omissions. 2. Hold Harmless. Building User agrees to hold Bloom Haven, LLC, its agents, employees, directors, members, volunteers, and officers harmless for any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by Building User or any person Building User allows or permits to enter onto Bloom Haven, LLC’s Property. Building User understands this hold harmless clause extends to and includes loss, damage, or injury sustained by Building User or any person Building User allows or permits to enter onto Bloom Haven, LLC’s Property as a result of the negligence of Bloom Haven, LLC, its agents, employees, directors, members, volunteers, and officers. 3. No Insurance for Building User’s Activity. Building User understands Bloom Haven, LLC does not provide any insurance coverage for Building User. 4. Damage to Building. Building User agrees to return Bloom Haven, LLC’s Property to at least as good a condition as before Building User’s use of the Building. Building User shall repair, at Building User’s sole expense and cost, any damage to any of Bloom Haven, LLC’s real or personal property that arises from or relates to Building User’s use of the Building. 5. Survival. To the extent any provision of this Agreement is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
I have read the Bloom Haven cancellation policy and I fully understand it. *	YESRetreats: No Refunds: All retreat reservations are non-refundable. More than 30 days before check-in: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your check-in date, you may reschedule your retreat for a later date, subject to availability. 15 to 30 days before check-in: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to your check-in date are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. However, may be transferred to a person of your choice. Less than 15 days before check-in: Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to your check-in date are non-refundable and non-transferable. Open Sew/Craft Days Cancellation Policy Reservation: Your spot is not reserved until payment is received. No Refunds: All payments for Open Sew/Craft Days are non-refundable. Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person. Please notify us in advance with the name of the person attending in your place. We understand that emergencies happen. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact us directly. We review each situation individually and will do our best to work with you.
